After Savvy-Excel worked fine just a few times, now everytime it crashes with the below error, as in debug mode. As it is part of a critical evaluation for a specific client opportunity we wish to confirm if this is supported and quite important. Please assist on this.

The easiest way to do that is to reclick on the download link provided in the email. It will give you a new installer containing the new version, 2.0.0.
For best results, we recommend that you fully uninstall Savvy then reinstall the latest version.
